Stefan (Julian Sands) finds that he can no longer tolerate the arrangement he has made with his cheating wife, Alina (Joanna Pacula). She stays with him during the week and spends the weekend with her lover. While the psychological trauma is difficult for Stefan his wife begins to sink deeper into her violent relationship with her lover.
