Album CONTEMPLATION is a nice combination (and right proportion) of live playing and use of samples. On this album you will find selection of Jazz inspired club tracks with a touch of Hip-Hop. Highlights would be excellent versions of Horace Silver¿s ¿Tokyo Blues¿ (Pretty Tokyo Eyes) and Nat Adderley¿s ¿Jive Samba¿. Both aimed for the dance floors. My favourite would be ¿Contemplation¿, Downtempo tune with a strong modal feeling. Also recomended is Baion Baby.
