When the duo ISLO MOB, consisting of the writer and painter Moishe Moser aka Wolf of Landau and the composer and studio manager Horst Siewert aka Blank Fontana, this album compiled in 1985, they sat down almost between all chairs.
The highly intelligent blend of synth pop (then certainly announced) and pompous prog rock hit everything but the zeitgeist. The artistic poetry of Moishe Moser did the rest of her, the singer moved stylishly between English and German texts, while the two were accompanied by a collection of high quality international musicians such as Peter Hammill (Van der Graaf Generator), John Ellis (including Stranglers) and Larry Elam . Wir have added three bonus tracks, including two new arrangements of the smash hit "Kaffee und Kuchen" .
