The reissue of Cem Karaca's the most sought after debut LP by legendary label Türküola.

It is a compilation of his earlier works with the band Kardaslar and 4 works from his previous band Apaslar.
This CD is a very good example of Turkish prog psych rock, and also features a lot of Turkish melodies, and ethnic string instruments.

Cem Karaca was one of the pioneers (if not THE pioneer) blending Western rock music with traditional Turkish folk, giving birth to the succesful and acclaimed Anatolian Rock. This record is his debut album, actually comprising songs previously released in 45s, backed by the bands Kardaslar and Apaslar between 1969 and 1971. Enjoy Anatolian Rock in its full glory!
