Terraplane was predecessor to Samsara Blues Experiment. The band can be seen as one of the forerunners to the actual German Heavy Psych scene, which is often compared the thriving years of 1970s Krautrock. Even though there was nothing new in terms of musical invention - by being deeply rooted in times of hard rock giants like Led Zeppelin, The Psychedelic Stooges or The Doors - Terraplane provide a fresh taste of mellow, dark psychedelia and dry-to-the-bone Fuzz Blues.
