Ninth chapter of the series dedicated to Brazilian sounds and their various contaminations. The great success of the series' previous volumes has contributed to create a huge interest for Brazilian modern music around the World today. The selection opens up with an unreleased track by new artist JJ Vianello & The Soul Bullets, a cover of a Ray Charles¿ song taken from the original soundtrack of the movie The Cincinnati Kid. Following, you¿ll find another new artist, Papik, the project managed by Nerio Poggi, producer and composer from Rome, well known for his collaboration with top artist Mario Biondi. Maestro Garofalo has frequently featured on the Irma catalogue as composer and keyboard player for a lot of artists such as LTJ Xperience, Ohm Guru, DJ Rodriguez, Pastaboys, here with the track ¿Samba e amor¿ taken from his first solo album to be released by Irma later in the year. And again, a new track for Nu Braz, here with the song that it will give the title to their new forthcoming album ¿Baticumbum¿. New tracks also for Modulo 5 and The Shiffers. The new Irma signing, spanish artist Caradefuego, with the fantastic female voice by Maria Rayo, their track Tranquila is here given a special treatment, with an unreleased remix by Belladonna. Last but not least a mention go to Sabo & Zeb track 'Nosso Coaracao', it's original version featured on the Sister Bossa vol.8 album, here we find the fantastic new remix by Spiritual South¿ Danny J Lewis.
