The style here takes us back to the musette jazz of the postwar years, but also often has a few more playful touches -- as the group mixes differing reed passages with the evocative sound of their main instrument -- often in rhythms that move from jazz through tango to styles that remind us a bit of Nino Rota soundtracks!
