LOS MAC'S-Kaleidoscope Men-'67 Chile psychedelic trippy-NEW LP 10"
Los Mac's
Kaleidoscope Men
LP reissue of this classic South American psych album from '60s Chile.
Beatles like melodies, Byrdsian 12 string and trippy dreamy paisley pop make this one an essential item for collectors of psychedelia...
Originally released in 1967 by RCA Victor in Santiago-Chile.
"Los Mac's were formed in Valparaiso, Chile, in 1962 by the McIver brothers.
They soon moved to Santiago, where Willy Morales and Eric Franklin joined the band. "Kaleidoscope Men" (1967) was their third album and they consider it "the best psychedelic album ever produced in Chile" - and as soon as you listen to it you will have to agree with them.
Influenced by "Sgt. Peppers" as much as by marihuana, with a superb production and a band musically skilled and ready to go one step beyond"
